BPA/BS FIRES JEFF MONTGOMERY...

BPA Watch recently received an interesting email from a reader about the BPA's new Head of Safety Mark Bayada, which we reproduce here. We were offline because of an apparent denial of service attack after our exposure of Health and Safety Executive CEO Sarah Albon as a probable BPA asset through her (undeclared) connections to BPA Ltd now trading as British Skydiving. 

BPA, known as British Skydiving, announced the appointment on Facebook. Bayada (left) was already on the BS Team as Deputy Chairman or Vice Chair, a post he occupied in addition to his role as Chief Operations Officer of the Army Parachute Association. Bayada replaces Jeff Montgomery, widely seen as a scapegoat for bad governance by Gibson and BS Chairman Tony Crilly.

Gibson and Crilly (right) have presided over seven skydiving fatalities in a 24-month period, increasing media interest in the the scandalous death and injury toll on the firm's watch over the past quarter of a. century and the disastrous performance of Montgomery and the firm's lawyers in front of the Durham Coroners Court, when the court ruled that BS had no statutory regulatory powers. 

As the wheels start working loose on the BPA Bus, we expect increasingly desperate manoeuvres by the BPA directorate, who found themselves unable to afford to pay Montgomery off. Montgomery knows where many bodies are buried. For example: he was closely involved in the sabotage of the HSE investigation into the skydiving death of RAF Sgt Rachel Fisk. 

BPA is said to have recruited Crilly as Chairman in 2024 without knowing of the sex scandal that ended his military career as a Colonel at the Headquarters of NATO's Allied Rapid Reaction Corps. Crilly, who liked to tell people that he was Special Forces or SAS, has also been identified as behind a conspiracy to derail one of the criminal investigations into the seven deaths reported by The Daily Telegraph, alleging that an expert witness shared his files with British Skydiving.
